Midwest Technical Consultants, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, is a professional land surveying and consulting firm. Our three principals, Bruce A. Bruckelmeyer, P.L.S., president and founder, and Edwin G. Tuman, Jr., P.L.S., executive vice president,, and Michael T. Ring, Vice President, bring more than 70 years of experience in public and private surveying. Our full time staff of 35-plus professional, technical, and support people offer extensive expertise in Land Surveying, Field Engineering, Technical Design, and support.

MTC has performed highway and transportation surveys, construction layout projects, and topographic surveying and mapping, as well as subdivision platting and monumentation, calculation of geometric coordinates, and also the preparation of base maps for design professionals such as architects, civil engineers, landscape architects and land planners.

The surveyor represents one of the oldest professions in existence, the mapping and platting of privately held land. However, many of our clients at MTC are local governments, and state governmental agencies where we are entrusted to determine land lines.
