Professional and Project Experience

• Founded Midwest Technical Consultants, Inc. in 1985. Oversees management of all surveying and field engineering projects relating to municipal or state projects or subdivisions.
• Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in Illinois in 1979 and in Florida in 1983.
• Has prepared acquisition plats for the Illinois Department of Transportation since 1982 and for the DuPage County Department of Transportation since 1989.
• Re-established government survey monumentation.
• Prepared engineering plans at design level for road and subdivision layout.
• Served as Director and Vice President of Land Surveying at Balsamo/Olson Group, Inc.
