Professional and Project Experience
- Joined
Midwest Technical Consultants, Inc., at its inception as
Project Manager for two and three-person surveying crews
handling re-establishment of rights-of-way, government
section lines, condominium plats, and subdivision control
and staking. Currently oversees preparation of final
plats and supervises construction staking of utilities,
roadway improvements and as/built locations.
- Licensed as a
Professional Land Surveyor in Illinois in 1987.
- Managed
projects for Balsamo/Olson Group, Inc., 1980-1985.
Prepared land acquisition documents for more than 530
parcels in Illinois Department of Transportation
Districts 1 and 2 and oversaw all surveying relative to
land development projects.
- Served as
technician, party chief, instrument man and rodman for
Consoer Townsend & Associates for subdivision
development and acquisition projects, the Northern
Illinois Toll Highway and Interstate 55.
