Subdivision Platting

Prior to lots being offered for sale, the land needs to be subdivided. By Illinois State Statute, only Professional Land Surveyors can perform this task. MTC generates coordinate geometry using many different criteria, such as the product intended for sale, specific regulatory requirements based on Zoning, Annexation or Development Agreements, and the planner's concept plan. This is then used to generate the Plat of Subdivision, a legal document that is the basis for the title to the lots being sold.
